How about you split the logo in half, and randomly choose a right hand side and a left hand side out of the ones handless does. Giveing 25 possible banners out of 10 images. |

The chain link fence is just an image with an alpha layer, the alpha channel allows the gaps to be transparrent. Nothing too fancy. |
