Well I seem to have found another work around that works perfectly but requires me to merge the scene in deled before exporting, now it works in .X format as well as .Dbo I wounder what it ... |

Yeah that seemed to work, so I decided to reinstall deled and it started working.  I think it might of been some error in the way the new textures were set up in deled. Thank you all for your help ... |
