DBO documentation is quite old now, but there is a documented string slot for a linked shader. However, the shader doesn't appear to be applied to the object on load.

There seem to be quite a few of these spam-bots lately (I presume someone doesn't get paid to go around posting crap on random forums, dear god that'd be a degrading job).
