in your asset repository directory, create 2 directories called:
Meshes
AssetDefinitions
and try again.
Dunno why it can't create these 2 directories when it creates

just tried it ... same result as you.
My deled is installed in its own directory in root ( i try and avoid
the program files directory !)

You could also chop the end off at 45 degrees...
Create a single sided rectangle and rotate it so it is at 45 degrees
to the end of the cylinder and move it to where you want
to chop off the cyl ... |
