An importing/exporting option from Panda3D egg format would be nice.
(Panda3D is a stable 3D python engine.)

With this option, Panda3D could use powerful DeleD to build models!

I like the suggestion, as Panda3D has been on our list for a while... but Panda3D does support loading .X files, so you can already use DeleD as a modeler for Panda. What would be the extra benefit of directly exporting to .egg?

Yes, you are right.
I thought that Panda3D only support .egg format.
.x are supported by default.
