I need only my area light to cast shadows and the other omnis to act as fill lights without casting shadows. Unfortunately, all ights in Deled cast shadows by default and there's no "shadow" flag in its properties to turn it off.

Is there a way of doing this?

Probably Options -> Lightmapper -> uncheck "Generate Shadows" Smile

Hmmm, interesting. We already have plans for a 'don't cast shadows' settings for materials, but you are making a strong case for having the same option for each light, too. Makes sense, putting it on the list.

sure it makes sense! Wink It's a great way of enhancing the ambiance of a scene and even a way of simulating GI. Fill lights are key in 3d, and in most 3d apps you get the chance of turning shadow-casting for the different kinds of light on/off.

Thanks for including it in the todo list. Very Happy
