*texture blending
*adding vertex coloring to make landscapes look more realistic
*imported .x files keeping texture uv or being able to uvmap textures.
will any of this be added someday?
if not ,its still a great program! |

There will always be features you'd like. Waiting for whatever you're going to need next means you won't ever buy anything.
DeleD is a steal at the price it sells for. The best chance you have of making sure the developers keep going, long-term, and implements the features you need, is to buy it now, and use it in the ways you can. |

And to give a specific answer to those three feature-requests from the developers point of view (will keep doing this while we don't have a public feature planning available):
texture blending
Like the posters above answered, this is currently implemented through our multi-layer material system.
adding vertex coloring to make landscapes look more realistic
Vertex coloring is not very high on our list at the moment. DeleD is not a landscape editor, and the use of verex coloring outside that area is limited.
imported .x files keeping texture uv
As far as I know, it does. If not, that would be a bug.
or being able to uvmap textures.
This is rather high on our list, basic functionality will be available in a not too distant version. More advanced unwrapping functionality might take a while, though. |
