I can also recommend Ogre3D. Easier API than Irrlicht, and in some cases better. But Irrlicht is still faster and more flexible.

Virtual X is right, and while there's still no Torque export option from Deled, DMF files are fully supported by Irrlicht. There's even a preview plugin written by Ilbuzzo that let's you visualize your level from within deled with a single click.
OGRE is also very powerful, but I don't know if it supports DMF files. I guess you can import X files there. (with 2 texture channels, 1 for difuse maps and 1 for lightmaps). |

There is a dedicated exporter plugin for Ogre, that writes the full scene including lightmaps into the Ogre file format. No need to use .X there |
