In the regular editor its fine, but whenever I export any of my models to a different program, this is what happens.

Whats going on with this?
That render was taken with Wings3D.

What are you exporting to? It's obviously a compatability problem between the DeleD exporter and Wings importer.

I export to a .obj file, then import it into Wings. But this happens with all my convertors, not just wings.

Looks like you're either flipping the triangle winding order, or flipping between left- and right-handed coordinate systems.

It's winding order. Deled uses OpenGL, but uses the opposite winding order (than the default) and most programs use the default.

The obj exporter has this in the options.

I have a new problem. Some of the faces for my model have the normals messed up, so that if culling is turned on, they will be filtered out. Also, in other programs, lighting is not shone on it, its just black. I have the polygon winding order reversed, so everything else works.... why is it that just these faces get culled? Did I do something wrong?

Afaik, Backface Culling has nothing to do with the passed normals of the polygon. Try disabling backface culling in DeleD (F5) to see, if they are culled there too. If so, go to polygon mode, select the backfaces and flip them.

Ah, the thing is I always work with backface culling off. So I've turned it back on, and all the areas I said were being culled are now being culled in DeleD as well. So now I'll just go back and flip them. Is there any way to prevent this from even happening in the first place? Flipping them is not a big Issue, but it is a bit tedious.

No. Just work with culling on and flip them if it ever happens, instead of having to go back and do it later.
