Hiho!
I know this from VHE (the HL2 Level-Editor) and CaWe (the Ca3DE Level-Editor). If you have much objects (eg. brushes, models, entities; in DeleD maybe "simple" meshes, prefabs, lights and stuff) you can group them into VisGroups. So, if you need to edit a certain area, you can just set the VisGroups who are'nt important to invisible.
