I've read the tutorial about how to make a square/rectangle opening in a wall, and that is fairly easy, but how do you put a round hole (opening) in a flat surface? Without being able to "subtract" a sphere or cylindar, how do you make a circular opening?
For a visual, think of a piece of swiss cheese or a manhole in a road that opens down into the ground from the surface (x).
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Hi TheKurgan
The way i did it was to first cut a square/rectangle opening in a wall, then place a cylinder in the opening then hollow the cylinder and delete both ends. Then its a case of
playing with the cylinder to get what you want .
Hopy you get what i mean, its 6am and i've just got in from work (tired )
EDIT: see tutorial section!
