1 after i import an x file into deled,it doesnt look smooth.it looks like its in
flat shaded mode.
is there some way i can make it look smooth again??
2. i uvmapped my landscape very well in 'milkshape',but after importing it into deled,all i see is green on my land.it looks nothing like it hasnt been uvmapped at all.
if needed ill show pictures to show what i mean. |

Hi David,
1. No, I'm afraid DeleD doesn't support 'normal smoothing' at the moment. On export, the default DeleD .X exporter will smooth all surfaces, but I'm not sure that is what you want. It depends a bit on what file format you eventually want to export to.
2. That's very strange, as an UV map should be no different from any other texture. What file format do you use to import the file from milkshape? Does it look correct when viewed in any other viewer? Would it be possible to send me that file and it's texture, so I can take a look? |

sure,whats your email address?
also will deled ever have smoothing?
i mainly use deled to lightmap my landscape & buildings & export them as a dbo.but the problem is,my landscape looks flatshaded in dbp.
heres a picture to show what i mean.
