This message can occur when selecting vertices. It certainly should not happen so if this happens again, please provide as much info about your workflow as possible. Any info might help, such as what you did prior to selecting vertices etc etc. Thanks for the report! |

Do note that 'can occur when selecting vertices' does not mean we actually expected it to occur, ever.... it's not like we conspire to throw such technical messages at our poor users, this is a typical safeguard message from the 'never supposed to happen' category!
I have never seen this safeguard message being activated. Let's narrow down the actions that might lead to this. What we know:
- you were moving your mouse through the 3D view.
- the active editing mode was Vertex mode.
Hmmm, let's see if we can figure this one out and solve it. I am guessing something like 'camera is exact same position as some vertex' or something similar. Well, anyway, thanks for reporting it! |

As far as I can remember, I was indeed in vertex mode and was switching the only active view (you know ... I had maximized one view in the editor) from front/side to 3D perspective (using the new buttons at the top of the editor). And sometimes when I was back in 3D view, this message occured.

Ah, thanks, that might help indeed. Perhaps the projection/modeview data went invalid for some reason. I'll focus on that! |
