We'd like to advertise our programs some more. Sofar we have been posting at the DarkBasic and BlitzBasic forums, we're linked at a number of 3D sites and registered on a number of popular search engines. I still have the idea that we're not reaching enough people. What more could we do? Post your tips an' tricks here please! |

you could post on these forums
http://www.3drad.com/forumphp/index.php#1
( a freeware modeler with lightmapping ability + .3ds + DirectX files , will be a big hit )
http://www.3impact.com/3Impact_Engine/yabbse/index.php
(3 impact is a C++ engine currently under development mostly for 3d games
In a moderator on these forums.
The 3drad engine has been bought buy 3impact and is currently out-sourced for development into a BASIC ( like 3drad) front end for the 3impact engine. 3impact currently has an IBasic interface of some type ( just released ).
I myself currently use Spazz3D (VRML) and 3dMaxR3 and explorer3D to create and animate / convert models into X format for 3dradv5.2 and 3dradv6 ( a future 3impact front end ).
Sorry if this message conflicts in anyway with your software, feel free to remove this message if needbe . |

Thanks for the suggestions, TinSoldier! I've taken a look and even contacted the guys from 3DRad and it seems one can only use their forums as registered users of 3DRad. They did put up a link to Delgine though. Maybe you could bring DeleD under attention over there?
I'll also check out 3Impact, sounds pretty interesting! |

I was very surprised by v0.85 of deled. It's an excellent level editor and very easy to work with and exports perfectly to .x
IMO it's at the same level of commercial products but this one is free.
I think it's a must
