There needs to be a way to count the number of squares. The numbers should be on the GRID some kind of way. _________________ G4G |

What squares? On the grid, in your model?
The 'squares' in the grid can be toggled in the options menu. Moving the mouse in the 2d views will show your world coordinates in that view's titlebar. _________________

I'm also kinda puzzled. It almost sounds like you want to know the number of polygons in your model. This information is available through the Scene tab on the right hand side of your screen, under Scene properties.
Could you please elaborate? Thanks! |

The numbers will be inside the GRID, not a model. Say like when you are drawing a cube the numbers will display right beside the cube you draw on the grid from the top view. This will make it easy for you to know how many spaces you draw your cube. Click on the link below, everybody will see what i'm talking about. Sorry that I wasn't crystal clear about this.
Hopefully everybody will want this feature in their new Delgine 3D editor.

aaaaah! like getting dim lines in realtime! a la tread3d. it used to display the width and height units of the brush you were drawing. It was a toggleable option anyway.
I like to depend on Deled's great snapping feature, then all you got to do is set the units in your preferences. |
