I dont know if someone already mentioned this, but i think an obj exporter would be fantastic.
It would make it easier to get buildings and such into bryce, poser and dazstudio wich primarily uses the format.
there is a large demand for poser/daz and bryce scenes that include structures. |

The .OBJ exporter is temporarily offline, but it will be back soon! With the DeleD 1.6 release, there was a major overhaul of the internal plugin system, and some of the plugins are still being rewritten by their authors. The .OBJ exporter is one of them.
We're sorry for the temporary inconvenience! |

I have contacted the author a few weeks ago but haven't had a reply yet. I'll write him immediately. If he doesn't respond or doesn't have time, we'll create an OBJ exporter ourselfs. Should be ready within 3 weeks (rough estimation). |

Is there any news on this? I hate to wait 3 weeks, but it would probably be better in the long run if you make the .obj exporter yourselves. |

Our .OBJ exporter just got released, you'll find more information here, or you can just go ahead and grab it directly from here. As this is a first release, there are bound to be rough edges that need some more polishing, so we'd very much welcome any feedback you guys might have!
Radstorm: If there are any other exporters you are missing in particular, please let us know! |
