I keep getting error messages in Deled Lite saying "Can't create new draw surface, out of video memory. This program will now exit" or something like that. What is going on and how can I fix it?

| I am unfamiliar with that term. It certainly isn't something DeleD would say so I'm guessing it's an OpenGL error. How much video RAM do you have btw? Also, perhaps updating your graphic drivers helps? |

It's stopped happening for the time being. The RAM on my PC is 1GB (whether this is the same as video RAM, I am not sure). The last time I updated my graphics drivers, it completely messed up my system, so I'm not going to try that again!

Video ram exists on your video card. *unless it's shared with an integrated chip.

You always need up to date graphic drivers.
What card do you have?
Are you multitasking with other graphics software?
