Very very nice, I really enjoy the overall shape and the original fantasy-style top. Somehow I kept expecting to see a giant zeppelin in the distant sky.

Some suggestions (feel free to ignore): I think the ladder and the entrance door could be improved. Perhaps the ladder needs to be made of wood, and go around the tower (or with a little zigzag) to make the shape more interesting. The door itself looks a little bland. Perhaps it should be red with a circular peephole.

I have to say that I didn't invent the tower. It is called Roter Sand (Red Sand) and is located in the North Sea.
