When I try to hollow that shape by any percent on merged to make a room out of it, it looks like this:
How do I fix this?

I agree with you on that,
But as another solution to the same problem, if you just want to be able to walk on the inside of that, there is no reason why your walls need thickness. You can just flip the normals, and then the surfaces will face inward.
Someone has a tutorial in the forum of doing that. It's much quicker. _________________

Well I do need the thickness.. I need to make buildings of the sort that would be viewed from the outside as well as the inside by the players. |

Yep, you found a flaw in the Hollow command. Putting it on the list to fix. |
