Greetings everyone
How about implementing a skeleton animator like you have in Milkshape 3D, and a terrain editor like in 3D World Studio.
Then we could do everything in DeleD instead of using 3rd party tools for animation and terrain editing.
I personally think this 2 features are a "Must Have Tool" for any modeling software.
3D Modeling All In One would be nice |

We choose to concentrate on world/scene modeling and animation is, sorry to say, no part of that for now. I'm not saying it will never be part of DeleD, but for now, we'll be concentrating on expanding its current modeling features.
Terrain editing, however, is something that might become a part of DeleD because terrains are an important part of scenes, of course. But as there are already a bunch of very good terrain editors out there (some for free too), I would like to know what kind of functionality you would like to see in DeleD.
Do note that creating simple terrains in DeleD is very easy to do by using a grid primitive in combination with the vertex Magnet tool and object Smooth commands. |

Thank you for the link Daaark, Fragmotion looks very good. I will defenetly try the demo.
Yes i know, i was gonna say that i know DeleD is a static modeling software so probably animation will not be considered at the moment.
Well im not very familiar with functions, but very much like the 3D World Studio would be nice.

I tried to make the terrain with the function you said, but it would be so much more effective and time saving if you could select multiple vertices at the same time and raise them all at once. |
