It's in one of the buttons along the top bar. One of the ones with a square icon. PS: Is it just me, or do like 50% of the new users have to come to the board just to ask this all the time? _________________

I think you're right Daark. We should make the Material Editor available through the main menu also, just like the Options screen is also already available there. |

I think double clicking a material in the Material Picker should open up the Material Editor as well, with that material selected. Or is that just me, trying to click stuff until it does what I want it to do? |

I tried clicking my wife, but she only sometimes does what I want her to when I do that. Can you fix that, too? :-) |

You need to update to Wife 2.0. It has great new features but the developers were unable to fix some of the more nasty not-so-wanted features... it seems they're there to stay.
If you're unhappy with Wife 2.0, you can install Girlfriend 1.0b alongside of it without problems. It doesn't have as many features as Wife 2.0 but has less bugs, too (at least, the developers are unaware of any right now). Just don't try to activate both of them at the same time. Also be sure to install them into different directories, preferably under different user accounts, so they are not aware of each others existance. You should be fine.
I would lend you a copy of my version of Girlfriend 1.0b, but I have this one-user license to cope with... |
