Nice house indeed, Bob. I'd say that place calls for a fireplace, to keep it warm and cozy. |

I have actually added a small chimney, with a single pot on it.
It must be a case of great minds thinking alike! _________________ Bob |

Oh very well, but you good people must be getting fed up with looking at it!!
It comes to something when the site administrator requires proof that I've added a chimney! _________________ Bob |

While I will always bow to your excellent judgement, elementrix, I must draw your attention to the predominant colour in your avitar, and if I changed the colour to, say, blue, I would have someone shouting "Screenshots, we demand screenshots." _________________ Bob |

, but it doesn't match the other colors so maybe a nice wood texture? |

Thanks for posting that screenshot, that chimney looks lovely!
And you are probably right about me calling out for more screenshots if you changed that color, yes. Then again, I am rather colorblind, so I might just let that one slip by as I wouldn't be able to see the difference anyway... |

Special Limited Edition for elementrix
actually, I think your right, it does look better, it's just that I always paint the eaves of our own house green! _________________ Bob |

i see another thing you could make better , it looks like your taking your screenshots by pressing printscreen and then save it in a paint program?
you can better do it like this to have better screenshots:
press F8 to make your grid dissapear.
then right click on the 3d view, then you see "quick screenshot" and "screenshot", now click "screenshot" set the quality to 100, then make a screenshot of the size 640x480 (if i'm right). and deled will make a nice render (because i also see some jpeg distorts around the edges of your house(in the screenshot)).
you don't need to show me a screen again but if you make a screen the next time, it will look better
EDIT: 333 posts nice number, but i don't like the double of it |

Thats great elementrix, by the way it appears to be f6 not f8 that removes the grid.
Thanks for the tip. _________________ Bob |
