|
|
As i said in my other El Ementrix topic, i am creating it all over again but alot better this time.
I draw all the texture's myself so i don't have any problems with copyright anymore (like the last time, i couldn't use rmxp tilesets if i would make money with it, which took 40% of all my texture's)
So now it's 100% my own creation
so here is the first sneek peek of the new style(some may notice that the wall texture looks like the wall texture you get with deled Pro, but that is because i used that one as a reference because i find the layout of the stones great, so i draw that one over.
for those you have never seen the old El Ementrix here you can find the topic: http://www.delgine.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2068&start=0
THIS IS AN OLD SCREENSHOT OF THE SAME BUILDING:
here you go (THE NEW STYLE):
hope you like it better than the old one , C&C are welcome. |

I definitely love these screenshots.
You've done a very good job with your own textures.

great to hear that everyone likes the new style better , also the scale of everything is now alot better than before (like box's that where 1,5 times as high as the characters ?)
Also i am going to update you guy's more, not every 3 months when a complete area was finished, but more like every week with a new building or something like that. This will keep you guy's updated and if I get some good response it also keeps me going |

Those two screens side by side show just how good you are getting with deled. Awesome job. I too, like the new look. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.

Very nice, they gain a lot of charm of the light color. Lets wait to see the other things with the new style.
Note: the barrel on the bar (last screen) looks a bit streched |

do you mean the barrel on the bar or the one with the water?, and which part do you think is stretched? |

Even if its cartoon style. That barrel looks really stretched / biased. |

yes, that's probaply because it's a scaled version of the bigger one you see at the window in the second screen, but thanks for noting it and i will take a look at it! |
