I'm not a modeller but I suggest you take a look at the Tutorials section first. There are a few tutorials there which explain how to create buildings. And if you know how to create buildings, you can create cities too. Goodluck!  |

Like this? It's not hard. It's really just boxes stacked beside each other. The raod has 3 boxes. Two for the cement, one for the white line. Then I used 2 boxes for the curb. 1 for the part on the street, and one for the raised part. Then the sidewalk is just another wide box.
 However, you want curved roads, you are on your own... |
