I'm trying to follow Jeroen's tip and I'm using the optimize tool very often, every time I unite 2 objects I'm optimizing right afterwards.. Although I'm uniting simple geometry together and I optimize like every second I get missing polygons, weird optimization results and overlapping polygons.. |

Well, I cannot really understand or believe Optimize goes wrong all the time (which is what I think you're saying here) because if that was the case, either I or our testers would have found out about it a long time ago. I need examples in order to see what's going on.
Right now I think it's not the Optimize tool that's causing troubles, but it's the CSG Unite. I'll get into that using the examples you send earlier. Also, you need to optimize before using Unite. |

I'm always optimizing before using unite.. perhaps it's the unite tool with the main problem.. when I have a lot of geometry I need to unite and optimize I always encounter problems either right away after uniting of if not, after optimizing |

Yep, it's the Unite tool that's causing a problem with these examples. I'll get into it a.s.a.p. Thanks! |
