Currently if you extrude an edge of a double faced rectange in order to continue it you need to copy the extruded face, mirror it and merge it..
I don't know if it's a bug or should be requested but the default option to my opinion should be that it continues to extrude double faced rectangles from that edge |

The Extrude Edge options could be enhanced so you can choose to create a double-sided rectangle or not. How 'bout that? |

I don't use extrude much, (mostly becouse I don't really know how to use it properly) but I can see where having this option could come in quite handy. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.

Do note that doublesided polygons might cause the CSG tools to give unpredictable results. But as DeleD is a polygonal modeler with no limitations as to how you want to build your model, a request like this will be implemented. |

This was an easy request to implement so I implemented it right away. Available in 1.81. |
