I have some CAD files of type .dwg from a surveyor that I would love to open in DeleD 3D. Any plug ins out there? _________________ George Losey |

Currently, there is no DWG importer available for DeleD (consider this an open invitation to all developers out there to develop one), so your best bet would be an intermediate file format.
3DS Max reads in DWG and spits out .3DS, but I am guessing you don't have max available . There probably are free file format convertors for DWG as well, but I don't personally know any. You might also be able to find a free (old) version of Carrera that reads in DWG and exports to .X or .3DS. |

I think (but not sure!) that there was that "DWG True View" that could Load/Save DWG Files and probably export them. Maybe you find it on Google or on the Autodesk Website. I know it came shipped with AutoCAD 2006. |
