Hey guys

So let me *act* out my situation here

See i made a small world, where i have two houses, and in another project i made a tree, now i want to add this tree to this world, but since they are two different projects, i dont know how

Please tell me

Select your tree in the other project and save it as a prefab. It will become available in the Prefabs treeview. Then simply add it to your first project by selecting the prefab and clicking anywhere in a 2D view.

or just simply press file - merge and open the scene you want to add.

but with jeroen's version you can easily place it multiple times and also in other scene's.

Well, i think i wont enter the compo anyway

I just saw elementrix's work, and phew, i cant come in first, and well, there is trucker, stressless and meineM and others, and i am just a newbie.

Do enter the contest even though you feel you can't win! You will get pushed into doing your very best by competing against such good artists. This is your chance of becoming a better artist yourself. And of course, we definately want to see your work! Smile

P.s this goes for everybody being scared away from the contest after seeing some of the work of competitors. Don't get scared away - give it your best shot!

or alot exp.

ofcourse i want to win, but you can't expect you win when you're new if some people alrady use deled for 4 years Razz

getting exp maby worth more than the money itselves Razz

just think about that.

and you show other people what you're able to do in deled Razz

if u onley join to win you need to join coz nobody loses, you can onley win.
not onley money but also experience.

I have no intentions of winning anyway, i just need XP like triplle, just to improve my skills, and after about a 100 years, ill be good ( LOL )

I wish you all good luck for the competition, and hope you all do very well ( dont worry, i aint cursing for someone to do better than me in my heart, just wishing good luck, is all)

Enter it anyway, and just do your best. Comps's are more about having fun while being seriously challenged. then about winning. Enter something, do your best, and challenge yourself to do better. Take inspiration from the others and run with it. You may find you are better than you think you are. Smile
