It could be:
Code: |
COBOL Program File
Creatures Compiled Object File, Gameware Development Ltd.
TrueSpace Object Caligari Corporation
|
Most likely the last one. I have never had a problem using the obj exporter It has always maintaind it's textures in the proper places. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.

asus

Chances are the TrueSpace importers are a bit on the wobbly side, explaining the off textures. (it's always fun to point the accusing finger to the other guys )
We haven't had a lot of requests for the .COB file format yet (so I've put it on our wishlist, but it's not very much on top right now), but maybe someone with a bit of programming experience and similar interests can create such a plugin? The other way around (a TrueSpace plugin that loads .dxs files) would be fine, too.
The .COB file format specifications can be found at the bottom of http://www.caligari.com/download/tsx.asp?Cate=DTSX . Truespace 7.6 can be downloaded for free (courtesy of Microsoft buying Caligari) from http://www.caligari.com/. |

Hmmm, could you please clarify that message a bit?
- When you say "fonts", do you mean "textures"?
- What DeleD export plugin are we talking about? .OBJ? Have you tried downloading the most recent version of that plugin from here?
- Who is looking in the wrong place, the exporter or the TrueSpace importer? How can you tell it's looking in the wrong place?
We really want to help you out, but we very much need to figure out what your problem is first. |
