Awesome!
I haven't investigated nurbs yet and I wonder how the modeling process works with nurbs. Can you tell a little bit about that? Is it totally different from polygonal modeling? _________________ Check out Figuro, our online 3D app! More powerful 3D tools for free. |

actually it's just a regular scout ship, but somehow everyones thinks it's a pirates ship xD.
Also it's still a looooooong loooooong way to get that thing completely animated and in a small movie, not something I'm after.
My final goal is to have a realtime nice looking game model. _________________ Chickens RULE | www.elementrix.nl |

I modelled the ship with maya
the house test is flash. It isn't that hard, just look around the internet and you'll find some great codes in which you will only have to change a few lines to get that thing running
btw my next project will be:
reacreating this lovely castle from disney in 3D:

Good luck. On the outside, it would be a nightmare. On the inside, it's a maze. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.

lol, just a path to the other side xD? you clearly didn't check the interior very well, it's extremely detailed, you can go to the next floor and outside and there are 2 shops and a dragon's cave. _________________ Chickens RULE | www.elementrix.nl |

There are 2 ways to go thru that castle. One is by boat where you hear that stupid song that sounds great on their sound system, but you can't get it out of your head....
And the other is by foot. I've been thru it a couple of times. It's an awesome ride that winds it's way around the bottom floor and back out. _________________ Some day I will grow up and be a real modeler.
