Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but the TorqueExporter.chm is empty. Is there another place to get a help file on this?

Look in deled/pluggins folder and see if there is a folder called TorqueExporter. If it is there, look inside to see if the chm file is there. (it should be) If the TorqueExporter folder isn't inside the pluggins folder, try reinstalling the exporter.

As for your second question, I have no clue what that cryptic message means. Your settings are correct tho.
Can you show a screenshot of your model you are trying to export?
If your model isn't bsp compatable, you will get errors.
One thing you can try, is to remove the checkmark in "slice into convex brushes" box and try reexporting.
