I know you thought this was going to be another "How do I export animations question" but you will be happy to know it is not
My question is when we actually get the capabilities to export how should my aniamtions be set up? You are given the capability to make multiple animations on the same skeleton. Will these be merged upon export?
For example:
I have a character with a walk animation and an attack animation both in different animation sets. Will they automatically be combined or do I have to do all of my animations in one set and export it from there? I think it would be cool if these were stacked on top of one and other. So animation #1 is 1-30 and animation #2 is also 1-30. After stacking these would become 1-60, 1-30 being animation #1 and 31-60 being animation #2. |

First of all: nice question.
I think it depends on the capabilities of the fileformat to be exported to. If it supports multiple animations per skeleton, we might as well export each one individually. Or perhaps, optionally, export them as one big animation like you suggested. _________________ Check out Figuro, our online 3D app! More powerful 3D tools for free. |
