Hey guys

I think a "select polygon by tag feature" would be really usefull. It would allow plugins and users to divide objects into groups of polygons that can be easily selected. The best thing is that these selections are saved in the DXS and can be reused whenever neccesary.
I picture it this way:

> Select one or more objects
> Edit --> Select polygons by tag
> Now, we will automaticly switch to polygon mode, and a popup screen will appear that contains the following:

Two radio buttons with labels: "Select by tag name" and "Select by tag name and value".
A tag name edit field
A tag value edit field (will be disabled when "select by tag name" is selected).
An OK and cancel button

Now just enter the tag name and value (optional) and hit OK to select.
