I was wondering if anyone might know of any good Photoshop texturing tutorials. I found this book:
3D Game Textures Create Professional Game Art Using Photoshop
and an online pdf that talked of "hard-surface texturing", both are really good, but as I find myself forever thirsty for more and more knowledge, I... well, want more  . Anyone? |

I have to book, its okay but does not cover very much. Nowadays most textures are made from or with photo references. It also varies a lot on the model and style.
However, forget about tutorial about creating metal textures or similar stuff use photos, it saves time and looks better. You better learn how to combine or adjust photos to create new textures. |
