Hard to pan on orthographic projections

Does DeleD have a way of panning the view on the orthographic projection windows using the keyboard? The mouse is very hard to move the panning with. Yeah, I've made sure I have the latest video drivers... the problem still exists.

BTW, I have an nVidia GeForce 7900GS.

The same problem here !?! NV GForce GTX260. Since yesterday....

Edit: Yes, the new driver was the problem. Backed up with an older one (197...) DeleD is functional again!
