Sometimes when doing Inset, I don't always want to mimic the surrounding shape. To have a choice from a basic list like Round, Square, Triangle.. or simply give the option to define the amount of sides required, would be useful. _________________ Politeness is priceless when received, cost nothing to own or give, yet some cannot afford.

I have thought about such a feature, but its rather hard. You have to write code that checks whether the shape is completely "inside" the polygon. If you inset complex polygons, it becomes very hard to guarantee this. |
