Hey there peeps, long time no see... hopefully there is still someone around
Anyways, i felt rusty and started to do some simple arches:
Then started to block and extrude around and this is the result:
It's not finished yet, i'll try to add another layer on top. God i wish deled had a "Snap Vertex to Grid" feature, it would make seamless meshes a breeze.
Anyways, tell me what you think

Good to see you back! And your models look good as always. Are you going to texture them?
About the snapping: how 'bout selecting the vertices you want to snap and then press F11? _________________ Check out Figuro, our online 3D app! More powerful 3D tools for free. |

Thanks for the feedback. F11 does not seem to do anything for me. The way i do it now is i'm extruding Edges, switch to Vertex mode and use "Average" and then align it by hand (using locked constraints). It is very time-consuming but i like my geometry clean.
Edit: I just checked, F11 works well with cubes and rectangles, however, my arches are made of cylinders, which are not snap-able to begin with, so with any user-defined shapes and some built-in items it won't work which is a shame really. Vertex / Grid alignment would be a feature i would die for. |

Click on the "Object" tab on the right hand side. You'll see a property called "Snap Method". Change this to "Vertex". |

Did some little work today. Still not quite happy about the roof. I did the interior just for kicks, don't think gonna texture this tough. Built for modelling leisure :p
