Hi,

I'm a really newbie in 3D Modelling and I choose Delgine as my starter tool to create my 3D Models. I believe this tool is really great, However I found it's very lack of tutorial for a beginner. I've been following the tutorial section in this forum, but I need more tutorials.
I was wondering how I can create anything (3D models) in my mind into reality.

Could somebody point me out some good 3D modelling tutorials/resources which can be applied in DeleD?

Also, is it possible that DeleD can load external terrain? I've already created a terrain using other tools and I want to import that terrain and I want to place my 3D model on top of that terrain, is it possible?

Any advice for a newbie in 3D modelling would be appreciated much and thanks in advance.

About the lack of good tutorials, we are sorry about that. However, transforming ideas into real life 3D models is not very modeler-specific, so any good tutorials on modeling on the net should help you out (I'll leave it to others to point some out, I am just a programmer so my resources in this field are rather limited ). And google is your friend.

Note that becoming a good 3D modeler certainly won't happen overnight, it takes time, a lot of time, and most of all a lot of practice. I wish you all the best, we and hope to see some creative productions from your hand soon!

Hi Seth. With regards to modeling in DeleD, you have all the tools you require to create the most elaberarate models your imagination can conceve. You can ask and get feed back, any questions you have regarding modeling on this forum. I would encourage you, if you have not already done so, to purchase the most recent version of Deled Pro. This will give you more options to create 3D models and reproduce them in real life. Also, you should look into the various web players available to display these interactivitly on the web.
