You only need to make them no more than 800 wide, host them on a online server, say photobucket and many others, then copy and paste the link into the forums. Use the 'Img' button above, which will insert a tag, paste the link, and hit 'Img' button again to close the tag.
If you need help again, perhaps post in the Off Topic section, this is for tutorials and we don't want it cluttered with irrelevant issues
