So, Happy new year!

Got something you show you guys. But i can't give you the project's name or anything because of privacy reasons. It's a paid project and still in development.
The building has serveral floors where some of the rooms will be included with interieur. We will make a video animation of it and enhance it in Unreal Engine 4.

So, keep it quiet Wink

EDIT:
He guys,

Just though you would like to see the end result.

It has a few screenshots + video of the finished result.
All model (except foliage) are made in DeleD, and then exported to UE4.

I agree with Dave. I was quite impressed with the glass.
Now, for those of us to don't speak the language, would you tell us about it? I know it's a college/university, but is this for educational purposes or what??

Very impressive work indeed! Totally agree with Dave and trucker: glass rendering looks very nice. I'm also impressed by the amount of objects. Lots of chairs, computers and other details, which are nicely textured as well. It gives a great impression about the building and its possibilities. Well done! Very Happy

P.s. I can see why you'll love the grouping function in DeleD Web Edition. Wink

*grouping function* yeah, can't wait!

Thanks all. Very Happy

The client, a college in The Netherlands, is moving to a new location, and while the building is still being build, they asked us to make a 3d presentation of it. It's based on just blueprints and a few artist impressions. We have done work for colleges before.

There were no textures/materials, so we have to come up with a lot on our own. In order to make it look real clean, reflections such as in the glass was very important. And while the client was really happy with it, personaly i would have liked to increase the quality even more (i'm never done Laughing ).

All models (except the foliage outside) was made in DeleD. I had to split the building up to a dozen pieces (about 25 or so) and make repeating objects seperate as well. Doors, interior it's all seperate files to make any adjustments much faster.

Right now we are looking into *improving* our company. Starting with a new project of our own. A showcase if you like. Not for a client but for ourselfs to develop a higher standard of workflow and quality. It will be more than just a video, it will be a interactive application for both desktop and mobile. And maby in the future, when UE4 has a stable HTML5 export, we will release webapplications as well. I will post some development of when were ready to show you something cool.

He guys,

Just though you would like to see the "real" end result. Some minor tweaks and such after the video post. But it's really finished now.
