Hey,
im new here and ive just got a hold of Dele and plan on using it to create maps for the axiom engine. I was wandering what kind of support the editor has for this engine. Can it be used to set up physics, dynaminc lights, shadows, bumpmapping and parralex mapping in a map? I know these are features of axiom, but does Dele have support for setting such things up? Thanks for any help! |

The short answer: DeleD is just a (graphic, not physics) modeler, so the answer would be no.
The long answer: But using the tag property (user-defined string) of both ordinary primitives and lights, in combination with your own exporter plugin or loader for the engine, you can just use placeholder primitives and / or lights and convert them to whatever data you want.
So how is Axiom doing anyway? Is it already fully up to "Ogre 1.0 final" par? |
