Hi Guys,
Please forgive me I've not written where I found DeleD but I cannot remember till today.
Now I'm sure, I found it on some DBPro related forums (www.dannywartnaby.co.uk/rgt) and from there my adventure with DeleD started.
Please guys continue the good job and thanks for the open plugin system.
Bye Wink

I found DeleD on the Irrlicht forum while looking for a good level editor.
It's not as easy as the editor I was using, but looks to be better than the others that I've looked at. (the last one has been discontinued along with it's format)

Ah, which one were you using prior to DeleD, trucker2000? And specifically, what made it easier than DeleD?

I was using Adobe Atmosphere. Simple tools and layout. click on preset object, then click the screen to place. Then drag the handles to size. Plus, you could use any jpg as a texture. Here is a screenshot:

Atmosphere had it drawbacks tho. It was in no way perfect, but it was really easy to use and learn.
I'll learn DeleD. It has a simular layout to what I'm used to, I'll just have to learn new ways to work. Smile Learning isn't a bad thing.
I think you are doing great with DeleD. Keep it up. I'll learn.

That's perfectly possible with DeleD too, and even easier if you ask me. Glad you're starting to like DeleD. Let us know if you have suggestions for improvements. Smile

I found it while searching Google. I think I read about it in a forum somewhere too. I don't think I will be switching from this editor anytime soon Smile Not unless i work for a compoany that builds their own and pays me big bucks heh Even then, I would prolly end up buying the PRO version of this and writing a converter to their file format Surprised
