Have just got the PRO version, and discovered that the work I had been doing in the LITE version cannot be opened. Getting the following error message

TScene.Load: DMFformat not recognized

Did I do something wrong, or was this intended?

Confused

Also noticed that it was version 1.0 that I bought. How do I get version 1.22? I tried the downloads area, but it does not recognise my user name and password. I tried the user name and password I use for these forums, and also the one for the Returning Customer, but it recognised neither. Or is there something I have missed?

First of all, thanks for buying DeleD PRO. Welcome to the club!

You will receive an email today containing your login information for DownloadeD. This is a manual task. I'm at my day job right now but will send it when I get home (in about 5 hours). That is, unless Paul-Jan beats me to it. Smile

You will be able to downloade DeleD PRO 1.22 which supports your LITE 1.22 files. To summarize: customers buy DeleD PRO 1.0 and get free updates from DownloadeD.

Btw, I've already added you to the DeleD PRO forum. That's something I can do right here. Wink

OK thanks...

will updating to 1.22 also solve the error that I am getting with trying to open files previously saved in the LITE version? Or is that a separate problem?
