If you select multiple object and then scale them, they are scaled individualy....

So you always have to move them back to their position......

Is this a bug, or am i missing something?

Yep, DeleD does not have real grouping functionality. You can group objects together so you can select and move them more easily but they will scale and rotate individually. I have tried to implement grouping in a proper way but that turned out to be too much work (it involved a massive change in the object-orientated design). Because I don't have the time for that (I have 4-8 hours a week to spare for DeleD), I decided to skip that.

Currently you can hide objects but not other items. I like that idea though. Would that be a widely used feature?

I don't know if this might help, depends on what you want to hide them for, but: You could select a face and flip it, so that the face points to the interior of the object. If Backface-Culling is acivated, you won't see it.

Hiding is very useful when you have to select a load of vertices, for example to make faces to close a object.

If your closing the top, you always accidently select a few vertices from the bottom that are out of view or you have to click several times to select the right ones.

That wouldn't happen if you could hide them and it would speed things up.

The same applies for faces i guess...
