Every time I move some vertices, it automatically deselects the vertices. Is there a way to stop that? It's quite annoying when you're trying to make something look right.
EDIT: Well, it's not consistently doing it. Strange. My bad I guess. Sorry.

No no, I think you might be right here as I've noticed that behaviour myself too. I'm in the midst of changing the selection behaviour anyway, so i'll take a closer look. |

I wouldn't be surprised if this is related to the problem: When dragging things around and you let go of the mouse button outside the window, sometimes it doesn't register. This is most obvious when you're scrolling, if it doesn't register the mouse up, it automatically begins to scroll when you re-enter the window even though your mouse button isn't down.
I am guessing the "auto-unselect" when moving vertices is the same idea, except registering an extra mouse click.
I don't remember this weirdness occurring in previous versions, so I'm guessing you must have tweaked something recently that deals with the mouse.
Just my educated guess,

For the record: The problem with mouse-events being not registered when the mouse is outside the previously active window has been there for as long as I can remember |
