Just a post to say....I'm glad I have found this editor...it's looking great..works great (so far) and shows huge promise for my project using Torque (if we can get an exporter) ...keep up the good work...shall be getting the Pro version soon and can't wait to start using it in my art pipeline.

Hi there kaylon, and welcome! Glad you like DeleD so much as you do. An exporter for Torque is planned after the 1.4 release of DeleD. Stay tuned! |

nice to get a few hello's
I love DeleD 3d so far and have recomended it to some other artists that I know...very ncie features and once you get use to some of it's personal navigation systems it's very user friendly.
I'm an Industry vet of 12 years experiance and am envolved with a few personal projects that I have been desprate to get some editor support for...I think I have just found the tool I need .
Can't wait to see what happens as it develops.

Welcome!
It is an excellent Editor, for artists and even people like me ;
programmers with shoddy art skills.
I've put a few people onto it and they'll never look back either.
@Jeroen: When is 1.4 Due again?

Things to do for 1.4:
1 - remove a few lightmapping bugs
2 - remove a few other bugs
3 - implement a better "copy primitives" function
4 - rewrite documentation
I can handle 2, 3 and 4 myself but I'm not sure about the lightmapping code, as that's Paul-Jan's department and I know very little about it. As PJ is on a holiday for the next 2 weeks, I'd say 1.4 is due in about 4 weeks, possibly 5. Of course, if I'm able to get things done earlier, it'll be released when its done.
I'd like to thank the testing team in advance for doing an excellent job testing 1.4. We could not provide a nice and stable 1.4 without them! |
