Update: bevelling vertices that are shared by more than 3 edges is implemented. Here's a simpel triangulated rectangle.

And here it is again with all its vertices bevelled 3 times in a row. Notice how the vertex in the middle has been bevelled. Also notice the "roundness" of a selected polygon.

How about adding a cross section function here for working with spheres and cylinders? It would allow the user to alter all points on the cross section using the other functions such as scale, etc.

As I am new to DeleD, I may have missed this somehow in the current version but it would be nice to have.

It's been a while since I last updated this little thread here. Just so you know... i've been rather busy with these lowpoly routines, getting them from the Proof of Concept project into DeleD itself. Here's how bevelling vertices looks like in DeleD:

Also, Extrude Region has been implemented in DeleD now too. Smile

The Beveling function (and the extrude inner also) was THE thing keeping DeleD to be an C4D replacement (well, in modeling-things tought).

Im glad to see DeleD emerging to be an more "professional" modeler and level designing tool. I hope it wouldnt cost more when i haves more function... Surprised

Thanks for the kind words, Sindwiller. And to ease your mind, we'll not be making DeleD more expensive any time soon. And even if we did, current PRO users already have free updates up to version 2.0 anyway. Wink
