To recreate the problem:
Create a box.
Hollow Box.
Select any of the new sides created from the hollow and scale.
The scale, move, etc.. will not snap to grid. F9 will not work and F10 does not work on these particular objects. Everything else in the scene is unaffected.

That's because Snap Method is set to None (see Object Properties by rightclicking the mouse in the 2d views and selecting Properties). DeleD always sets the Snap Method to None when creating new objects with the Hollow function. That's because the selected Segment depth (Hollow property) could be different from the selected gridsize causing undesired effects. It's up to the user to set the Snap Method of these objects. |
