You know Le Corbusier ? I'm really impressed Smile
Now of course if you study architecture it must be a normal thing ...
But I didn't know he was so famous.
There's a building he's made in my town (well ... in the suburbs), a very unusual one, each doors painted with a different color and so and so ...

So you're gonna be architect ? It can be a very nice job I think Smile

They're called "French windows" (guess why) and were very used in American Victorian Architecture.

And Mappy is right: they're designed that way to grab a quick grasp of air Wink

@Mappy: I'm already an architect; I graduated in 1995 Wink And yup, we have to study Architects and movements from all around the world: Corbusier being one of my favorites.

I also love the Art Nouveau you got all around your city and the "Metropolitain" stations Very Happy But that's a totally different story and style.

keep up your beautiful work!

Very Happy

That's really great.
Mind you I read the opening line

Then I looked at the first image - and sat there for a moment thinking ...

F*** - that's extraordinary. Never mind the building - how the hell did he have the patience to do the tree in the foreground.
Then I scrolled down a bit further. Very Happy
I'm still chuckling.

nice one.
