Hi everyone!

Well... im not very on programing in the time, and i want to test my map in a "real" game...

Do someone know a really simple (Open-Source) game engine or framework
that i can use. No programing please Very Happy . Just click and run Wink. Well, scripting is ok...

It shouldnt be big. Mesh loading and Multi-Texturing must be implemented.

Dave,
You have any details on this one? I am interested but the website is a little bare of facts as far as features. I have FPSCreator already but the limitations in it as far as single texture models, etc truly leaves alot to be desired. Is this one any better or worse in that area?

Any help in the features area is appreciated.

I dont like RF very much... It uses G3D. Ive tried G3D two years before and it sucks.

Ive searched in Google for TV3D, and it looks interesting. Does it needs programing? Wink

Why not pop over to www.pelicancrossing.com and check out Blink.
There's a new build due out shortly - and it might suprise you when compared to alot of the competition - whilst not specifically a game engine you'd be very hard pushed to tell yourself it's not, and when you realise that you can publish your 3D environment straight to the web with the click of a mouse it all starts to get ...... Shocked Very Happy
+ there's an exporter for Deled that works perfectly. Cool

No it's not Open Source - and no it won't be 17 quid - but then you did say no coding .. ! .. in Blink you can either code or just use drag and drop style behaviours.. Wink

ahemm..ahemmm

why not try Irrlicht? It's totally free and It already supports dmf files with lightmaps; Then there's the level preview plugin by Il Buzzo that let's you check in advance how things will look in the engine.

model in deled:

running in the engine:
http://www.danielpatton.com/afecelis/Deled/wip14.jpg

Only drawback is that Irrlicht is not a game engine (audio, physics, etc) only a graphic engine.

Wink

ps. Follow the link on my signature to it.
